What buyers ask us
How thick should the plating be?
It is a direct trade between cost and lifespan. Half a micron suits a short seasonal run; two to three microns suits a piece meant to be worn for years. We quote across the range so the decision is yours with the numbers in front of you.
How do you keep colour consistent between orders?
We retain a physical reference sample for your programme and match every subsequent run to it, rather than to a colour name. This is the single most common failure point in plated brass and it is worth the discipline.
Can you add an anti-tarnish coating?
Yes. An e-coat or anti-tarnish layer measurably extends shelf and wear life, particularly in humid markets. We recommend it on almost every plated brass programme.
